What Our Customers Say

Read genuine feedback from our satisfied customers to understand why we are the trusted choice for moving services.

Need Help With Your Ohio Move?

We’re here to help! If you don’t see your question answered here, give Journeyman Moving a call. Our team is happy to answer your questions, provide the information you need, and help make your Ohio move as smooth and stress-free as possible.

How far in advance should I book my Ohio move?
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance to get your preferred moving date. If you’re on a tighter timeline, give us a call. We often have same-week and next-day availability depending on the schedule.
Do you offer packing and unpacking services?
Yes. Whether you need full-service packing, help with fragile items, or unpacking at your new home, we can help. Our team brings the necessary materials, labels boxes by room, and cleans up packing debris when the job is complete.
Are my belongings covered if something is damaged?
Yes. Basic valuation coverage is included with your move, with additional coverage options available for higher-value belongings. We’ll walk you through your options so you know what coverage is right for your Ohio move.
How do you price your moving services?
For most local Ohio moves, pricing is based on the crew size and time required. Long-distance moves are typically quoted upfront as a flat rate based on your inventory and moving details, so you know what to expect.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a small deposit is required to secure your moving date. The deposit is applied toward your final balance and is refundable according to our written cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We believe in straightforward pricing. Your estimate will clearly outline the crew size, travel time, materials, and any additional services or circumstances, such as stairs, long carries, or extra stops, before your move begins.
